Art of Healing art exhibit.pdf
The Violence Prevention Center (VPC) is proud to announce its second Art of Healing event to be held in January 2021 at the Johnson Heritage Post art gallery in Grand Marais, MN. Our first Art of Healing event could not have been possible without so many artists generously sharing their artwork and a part of their story with our community.
If you or someone you know has been affected by or subjected to domestic or sexual violence and has used art as a means to respond, explore, express, or heal from their experiences, we are inviting people to share their work at The Art of Healing art exhibit.
The Art of Healing is an important event in the VPC’s ongoing mission to serve individuals and families in Cook County affected by domestic and sexual violence and to act as a catalyst in building healthy relationships and developing a community where violence is not tolerated. We thank those who have and will fulfill this mission through art.
